Yes, absolutely. Everything you share in therapy is confidential except in rare cases where there's risk of harm to yourself or others, or if legally mandated. Your privacy is my priority.

What platform do you use for online sessions?

I use secure video platforms like Google Meet or Zoom with privacy settings enabled. Session links are sent before each appointment.

How long is each session?

Initial consultations are 45-60 minutes. Regular therapy sessions are 60 minutes.

How often should I attend therapy?

Most clients benefit from weekly sessions initially. As you progress, we can adjust to bi-weekly or monthly sessions based on your needs.

Do you provide prescriptions or medication?

As a psychologist, I don't prescribe medication. If medication is needed, I can refer you to a psychiatrist while continuing our therapy sessions.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please provide 24 hours notice. I understand emergencies happen - just contact me directly and we'll work it out.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies by person and goals. Some clients see improvement in 6-8 sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We'll discuss this during your initial consultation.

Is online therapy as effective as in-person?

Research shows online therapy is equally effective for most concerns. It offers convenience and comfort while maintaining the therapeutic relationship.

What if we're not a good fit?

That's okay! The initial consultation helps us determine fit. If needed, I can provide referrals to other therapists who might be better suited to your needs.

Do you accept insurance?

I currently offer self-pay services. I can provide receipts for potential insurance reimbursement if your policy covers out-of-network providers.
